To find out how a specific month closed, you will need to select the month in question under "Stay Date," and under "Creation Date," select the entire period during which the month was open for sales. This means from the first day you opened availability for that month until the first eligible day for consolidation.
If you don't remember when you opened availability, we recommend entering the start date as January 1 of the previous year.
The first eligible day for consolidation is essentially the day after the end of the month in question. For example, if we want to check how 2019 closed, we can select January 1, 2020, as the end date for creation.
From January 1 onward, it's impossible to have received bookings for stays in 2019.
