The Smartpricing algorithm uses two data flows: on one hand, it reads the bookings present within your management software, and on the other, it writes the prices back to your management software.
There is a very important aspect to emphasize, which is that the Smartpricing system sends the algorithm's suggested prices directly to your management software (PMS or Channel Manager); under no circumstances will it send prices directly to OTAs or online sales channels.
This means that if the prices in Smartpricing are aligned with those in your management software but not on the online sales channels (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.), you will need to contact your management software's support team directly to have them correct the connection they have with the channel.
If, however, there is a discrepancy between Smartpricing and your management software, our Support team can make the correction, provided you give us the most detailed description possible, listing at least one date, one room, and the price in the management software that does not match (a screenshot and/or access to the management software are always the best option).
