The Smartpricing algorithm uses two data streams. On one side, it "reads" the reservations present in your provider, and on the other side, it "writes" the prices within it.
To do this, it continuously uses connections between our server and your management system. In some rare cases, discrepancies can occur between the two systems, especially during the reservation reading phase.
There is a very important aspect to highlight:
The Smartpricing system sends the prices suggested by the algorithm directly to your management system (PMS or Channel Manager), and it never directly sends prices to OTAs or online sales channels.
So, in cases where the prices on Smartpricing are aligned with those within your provider but not on online sales channels (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.), you should contact your management system's support because it is their system that disseminates prices on the web, not Smartpricing.
If there is a discrepancy between Smartpricing and your provider, it would be beneficial to provide as detailed a qualification as possible, listing at least a date, a room, and the price present in the management system that doesn't match (a screenshot and/or access to the management system are always the best options).
