We need to receive a cancellation notification to properly remove a reservation from the system. It can happen that if a reservation is deleted without being canceled first, it may not be correctly transmitted from your provider to Smartpricing, and Smartpricing will continue to see that reservation as confirmed. At that point, the only method to remove it from production would be a manual reset by our support team. We, therefore, encourage you to always cancel the reservations you want to eliminate.
