The Settings section is where you can configure the backend of your marketing campaigns, including managing discount codes for your guests and setting the parameters for your automated newsletter suggestions.

 

Managing Discount Codes

Discount codes can be used to incentivize guests to book directly with you. Here is how to create, edit, or delete them.

Accessing Discount Codes

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu.
  2. Under the "Configuration" section, click on Settings.
  3. Select the Discount codes tab. This will display a list of all your "Active codes".

Creating a New Discount Code

  1. Click the + Add new button below your list of active codes.
  2. A side panel will appear where you can enter the details:
    • Name: This is the actual code your guests will use (e.g., "SUMMER26").
    • Percentage: Enter the discount amount as a percentage (e.g., 10).
    • Validity: Select the start and end dates for when the code can be used. If you want the code to work indefinitely, check the "No expiration" box.
    • Extra notes: Add any internal notes about this code.

  1. Click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the panel.

Managing Existing Codes

  • Edit or Delete: Click the three dots (More options) next to any active code. Select Edit to change its details, or Delete to permanently remove it.
