Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.
2. Click Brand to upload your logos, define your brand color palette, and input your official company footer information.
3. Click Communication Tone to define your AI's default messaging personality. Choose between Formal, Informal, Friendly, or Direct.

4. Click Discount Code to build promotional codes. Click Add new to create a code (e.g., "WINTER26"), set a percentage discount, and apply valid expiration dates.
