Your Marketplace admin panel allows you to manage the extra services and products you offer to your guests. This guide explains how to navigate the dashboard to review guest orders, edit existing product details (such as updating an image), and initiate the creation of new offerings.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the Marketplace Admin Panel
From your main platform dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Go to marketplace. This will open your Marketplace administration panel in a new tab.
2. Review Guest Orders
To check recent purchases or requests made by your guests, click on Orders in the left-hand menu of the Marketplace panel. You can click on any specific order row to view a detailed summary of the transaction.
3. Edit an Existing Product
You can easily update the details or images of the services you already offer.
- Click on Products & Categories in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the name of the product you wish to edit from the list.
- To edit text/settings: Click the Edit button next to the main product details section. You can update the name, descriptions, translations, and contact info. Click Save as draft or Publish when done.
- To change the image: Click the Edit button next to the Image section on the right side. Select a new photo from your gallery or upload a new one and click Save and close.
4. Create a New Product
To add a brand new service to your portal:
- From the Product & Categories page, click the + New product button located in the top right corner.
- A setup window will appear. Click the Select product dropdown.
- You can choose a pre-defined template (like "Early checkin") or select Custom to build a unique offering from scratch.
- Choose whether the product is Purchasable or Informational.
- Fill out the remaining fields for the product name, description, and pricing, then save your new item.
5. Preview the Guest Portal
To verify how your products and categories look from a guest's perspective, click on Portal preview in the left-hand menu. This will display the live, guest-facing view of your Marketplace.
View Marketplace Analytics
The Analytics dashboard provides insights into how your guests are using your Marketplace.
1. Access the Analytics Dashboard
From your main platform dashboard, click on Analytics in the left-hand menu. Then, select the Marketplace tab at the top of the page.
2. Review Your Data
On this page, you can monitor several key metrics:
- Order Status: A quick view of orders that are pending or need to be delivered.
- Marketplace Link: You can copy your unique portal link here to share with guests.
- Visits: A graph showing how many times your Marketplace has been viewed. You can toggle between Totals and Unique visits, and click on the legend below the graph to filter by traffic source (Email, Whatsapp, QR Code, or Other).
- Communications sent: A visual representation of how many promotional messages have been sent.
- Requested products: A ranking of your most popular services based on guest requests.
3. Adjust the Time Period By default, the dashboard shows data for the last 12 months. You can click the Period dropdown menu in the top right corner to view data for the last month, 3 months, 6 months, or all time.
