Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Customers tab.
  2. Here you can search the directory and view guest cards displaying names, emails, origins, and booking sources.
  3. Look for the yellow alert button in the top right labeled Merge Customers (e.g., 14 clients found) and click it.
  4. You will see a list of potential overlapping profiles. Click Merge next to a matching pair.
  5. A pop-up will show conflicting data (e.g., two different languages or phone numbers). Check the boxes next to the correct, preferred information.
  6. Click the final Merge button at the bottom to consolidate the history into one clean profile.
