Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Navigate to the Customers tab.
- Here you can search the directory and view guest cards displaying names, emails, origins, and booking sources.
- Look for the yellow alert button in the top right labeled Merge Customers (e.g., 14 clients found) and click it.
- You will see a list of potential overlapping profiles. Click Merge next to a matching pair.
- A pop-up will show conflicting data (e.g., two different languages or phone numbers). Check the boxes next to the correct, preferred information.
- Click the final Merge button at the bottom to consolidate the history into one clean profile.
