š„ Contacts (CRM)
The Contacts section acts as your central database for all guest information.
1. View and Sort Your Contacts
When you click on Contacts in the left-hand menu, you will see a list of all your guests. You can easily organize this list by clicking on the column headers at the top:
- Click Name to sort alphabetically.
- Click Country to group contacts by location.
- Click Email, Phone, or Marketing consent to sort by those specific fields.
Tip: You can also use the Search bar at the top left to find a specific person by their name or email address.
2. Edit a Contact and Add Tags
To update a guest's information or categorize them for future campaigns:
- Locate the contact in the list and click the pencil icon (Edit) on the far right side of their row.
- A side panel will open with their details. You can navigate through the tabs on the left of this panel (Personal, Marketing, Reservation, Tags) to view or edit specific information.
- You can select an existing tag from the suggested list (e.g., "leisure," "family") or add a new one.
- Click Save at the bottom right to apply your changes.
3. Resolve Duplicate Contacts
To ensure your campaigns are sent efficiently, it's important to merge duplicate entries for the same guest.
- Look for the yellow banner at the top right of the Contacts dashboard. If the system detects duplicate entries, it will say "[Number] duplicates found."
- Click the View and merge button.
- This opens a new screen showing pairs of identical or highly similar contacts.
- For each pair, review the information.
- Click Merge next to a pair to combine their information into a single contact record. If they are not the same person, click Ignore to keep them separate.
- Click the Back arrow at the top left to return to your main Contacts list when finished.
