Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Automations.
  2. Choose your channel: Select either Email or WhatsApp from the secondary menu.
  3. Click Create automations.
  4. Review the Journey Stages: You can set triggers for Booking, Check-in, or Check-out.
  5. Under the Moment dropdown, select the specific trigger time (e.g., 5 days before check-in).
  6. Click Add canale and link your pre-designed message template (e.g., a discount code or marketplace promo).
  7. Click Save to activate the automation.
