๐Ÿ“Š Analytics

The Analytics dashboard provides a complete overview of how your marketing campaigns, automated messages, and marketplace are performing.

Accessing Analytics

To start monitoring your results, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Analytics. The dashboard is divided into three main tabs: Newsletters, Automations, and Marketplace.

1. Newsletter Analytics

This is the first screen you will see by default. Here you can track the performance of your email campaigns:

  • Key Metrics: At the top, you will see a summary including total Revenue, number of Reservations, and the percentage of Customers reached.
  • Charts: You can switch between the Funnel view (showing the journey from Sent to Delivered, down to Unsubscribed) and the Timeline view to see a graph of your performance over time.
  • Newsletter List: Scrolling down, you will find a list of all your sent campaigns. For each one, you can view detailed metrics such as the open rate (Opened) and click rate.

2. Automations Analytics

Click the Automations tab at the top of the page to view the performance of your triggered messages:

  • Overview: You will see a brief alert regarding your "open rate," letting you know how your automations are performing overall, along with a summary of your active automations.
  • Engagement Chart: This bar chart shows user engagement (Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed) broken down by the timing of the message (e.g., After reservation, After check-in).
  • Automations List: A detailed list of each individual automation rule, showing specific performance metrics in percentages for each one.

3. Marketplace Analytics

Click the Marketplace tab to understand how guests are interacting with your extra services and products:

  • Order Status and Link: On the left, you will find a summary of orders "To be accepted" and "To be delivered," along with your shareable Marketplace link that you can easily copy.
  • Visits and Communications: In the center, you can analyze the "Visits" chart. You can toggle between Totals and Unique visits, and click the legend below the graph to filter traffic by source (Email, WhatsApp, QR Code, or Other). Below this, you can see the number of "Communications sent."
  • Requested Products: On the right, you will see a ranking of your most popular Marketplace products or services based on total guest requests.

Tip: Across all three tabs, you can use the Period dropdown menu located in the top right corner to adjust the timeframe of your data (e.g., Last 12 months, Last 3 months, All time).
