āœ‰ļø Newsletter

This guide explains how to create a new email newsletter, design its layout using the drag-and-drop editor, add automatic translations, and schedule it for delivery to your audience.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Newsletter Tool
Navigate to the left-hand menu. Under the "Smartconnect" section, click on Newsletter.

  • Suggested: A list of pre-defined ideas and templates (such as "Valentine's Day" or "New Year's Eve") that you can use as a quick starting point for a new campaign.

  • Draft: This is where you will find newsletters you have started creating and saved, but haven't finished or sent out yet.

  • Planned: This section holds completed emails that are scheduled to be sent automatically at a future date and time

  • Sent: The historical archive of all campaigns that have already been delivered to your contacts, organized chronologically by month and year.

2. Start a New Campaign
Click the Create newsletter button located in the top right corner of the dashboard.

3. Configure Campaign Details
A side panel will open where you need to define the basic settings for your email:

  • Name: Enter an internal name for the newsletter to help you identify it later (e.g., "Summer Promo 2026").
  • Send to: Click the dropdown menu and select the target audience you wish to send the email to or create a new one.
  • Sending time: Choose when the email should go out. Select Send now to send it immediately, or Schedule send to schedule it for a specific date and time.

4. Design the Email Content
In the Email preview section, click the Create email content button to open the email builder

Use the Elements tab on the left to drag and drop content blocks onto your email canvas. You can add items such as:

  • Heading
  • Paragraph
  • Button
  • Discount code

šŸ’”You can preview how your email will look on mobile devices by clicking the Mobile tab above the canvas.

5. Add Translations
Click the Translations tab at the top left of the editor > Click Add to select the languages you want to include (e.g., English, Italian) > Click the Auto translate button to generate automated translations of your email content.

6. Save and Finalize
Click Save in the top right corner to close the editor and return to the main setup panel > Click Save as draft or Send now/Save and plan at the top right to finalize the process.

šŸ’”After your newsletter is sent, you can monitor its success (including open rates, clicks, and revenue) by navigating to the Analytics tab.
