Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Navigate to Marketing > Audience.
2. View your existing segments in the active list, or click the Create Audience button to make a new one.
3. In the builder, click the dropdown to add filters. You can segment guests by Language, Country, Total Nights, Spend, and more.
4. Click Create to save your segment.
5. Click on an specific Audience to view growth and distribution graphs over the last 6 or 12 months.

💡 Pro-Tip: Targeted lists protect your email domain reputation. Don't "spray and pray"—send winter promos only to past winter guests!
