š§ How to Navigate Smartconnect
The main navigation menu on the left side of your screen is divided into three key sections: Reports, Operational, and Configuration.
1. View Your Reports
- Analytics: Click here to access detailed performance data. You can switch between tabs to view metrics for your Newsletters, Automations, and Marketplace (such as revenue, open rates, and page visits).
2. Explore Operational Tools
This section contains the core tools for your day-to-day tasks:
- Newsletters: Manage your email campaigns. Here you can view suggested campaigns, drafts, planned emails, and your history of sent newsletters.
- Audiences: View and manage the specific lists of guests you have segmented for targeted marketing.
- Automations: Monitor your triggered messages (like automatic WhatsApp texts for new reservations). You can see which automations are active or inactive.
- Contacts: Access your complete database of guest information. You can search for specific guests, view their contact details, and merge duplicate records.
- Message library: View all your pre-designed message templates categorized by type (e.g., marketing).
- Go to marketplace: Clicking this option will redirect you to your dedicated Marketplace administration panel in a new browser tab.
3. Manage Configuration
- Settings: Click here to manage backend configurations, such as creating and managing your active Discount codes.
