If you need to transfer your Smartpricing software license agreement to a new owner (for example, in the event of a sale or change of management of your business), you must follow a contract takeover procedure.

Procedure for Contract Takeover

Download the Request Form
First, download the official request form for the contract takeover, available at the bottom of the article.

Fill out the Form Completely
The form must be filled out with the details of both the current owner (transferor) and the new owner (transferee). Make sure to enter all the required information:
- Current Owner's Details: Full name, VAT Number, Physical address, Email address, and Certified Email (PEC).
- New Owner's Details: Full name, VAT Number, Physical address, Email address, Certified Email (PEC), and SDI Code.

Reason for Transfer: Briefly explain the reason for the takeover request.

Sign the Form
It is essential that the form is signed by both parties involved in the transfer:
- Signature of the Current Contract Owner

Signature of the New Contract Owner
Next to each signature, the name and date are also required.

By signing the form, the new contract owner agrees to be subject to all the terms and conditions of the existing contract, including payment obligations and operational restrictions.
