Subscription Cancellation
To proceed with the subscription cancellation, there is a dedicated section within the platform, in the Billing section. This is located under the path User > User Settings > Billing Details, found at the bottom left of the navigation panel.
Within the Subscriptions section, you can view the complete list of all active subscriptions for the various Smartness products.
If you wish to cancel all products, simply click the Request cancellation for all button. This action will initiate the cancellation process, which will be handled by our Support team.
To cancel a single subscription, you must select the desired subscription and then click on Request cancellation to start the procedure for that specific subscription.
