To cancel your subscription, there is a dedicated section in your platform:
By accessing the platform and clicking on the "user" icon at the bottom left, then "user settings", "billing details", you will reach the screen where you can find the billing information. There you will find the button "request cancellation".
If you have multiple subscriptions, you can directly click the button "request cancellation for all".
By clicking on that button, you can start the cancellation process, which will be handled by our support team.
