How to Download and Use TeamViewer

Step 1: Download TeamViewer

• Visit the official TeamViewer download page.
• Select the version compatible with your operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.).
• Click Download and install the application.

Step 2: Launch TeamViewer

• Open the installed application.
• You will see your ID and Password on the screen. Share these credentials with the support agent.

Step 3: Grant Remote Access

• Monitor the session and disconnect when the issue is resolved.
