How to Download and Use AnyDesk

Step 1: Download AnyDesk

• Visit the official AnyDesk download page.
• Select the version compatible with your operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.).
• Click Download and install the application.

Step 2: Launch AnyDesk

• Open the installed application.
• Your AnyDesk Address (a unique ID) will be displayed on the screen. Share this address with the support agent.

Step 3: Grant Remote Access

• When prompted, click Accept to allow the agent to connect to your device.
• Stay in front of your device to monitor the session and disconnect when done.
