  • Increasing direct bookings: Build highly targeted marketing campaigns across both email and WhatsApp specifically designed to encourage repeat visits and direct bookings, significantly reducing your reliance on external sales channels.

Smartconnect makes proactive marketing effortless with the new Automated Newsletter Suggestions feature, acting as your personal AI marketing assistant.

Automated Newsletter Suggestions 

Instead of building every campaign from scratch, the platform now automatically suggests fully drafted email campaigns based on your unique inputs, upcoming holidays, or periods of low occupancy.

  • Review and Approve: Navigate to the Newsletters tab and check the Suggested list. Here, you can review the AI's drafts. Once approved, they are automatically sent to the relevant guest segments.
  • Hands-Free Mode (Autopublish): If you prefer full automation, go to Settings > Newsletter suggestions and toggle on Autopublish. The system will automatically schedule and send the suggested newsletters for you (you will receive a notification email 48 hours prior to dispatch).
