The Price Justifiers display the various factors that contribute to determining the optimal selling price of your rooms according to Smartpricing.
How to visualize Prices Justifiers
From the Dashboard:

STEP 1: Hover your mouse over the top right corner inside the cell for which you want to know the price justifiers.
STEP 2: A "?" will appear.
STEP 3: Position your mouse over the "?".
STEP 4: A dialog window will appear containing all the price justifiers.
